Stamping:

We have 21 pneumatic, hydraulic and double-action stamping machines , ranging from 4 to 260 tons.

Moulding:

We have a wide range of moulding machineries ranging from 50 to 650 tons clamping force to suit the needs of our customers. Our highly skilled engineers and technicians work on our computerised injection moulding machines to ensure that each moulded part meets the product specifications of our customers. In addition to in-house press tools
and moulds, we also have a full-fledged production centre.

Contract Manufacturing:

Filtrum provides services to all their clients for contract manufacturing where we stamp and mould the parts in-house as well as buy standard elements from vendors. These are then assembled at Filtrum. We also do the fixturing and testing before delivering them to our customers. We also manufacture the testing equipment for the sub-assembly.
